School Entry Point

  • Main Gate is manned by male security guards at all times.
  • No parent or visitor can enter without Escort/ID card.
  • Visitors are issued Visitor's card and entry pass for identification.

  • Female attendant stationed outside every toilet.
  • Lady guard checks washrooms every 15 minutes.
  • Nursery & KG sections have dedicated personal nannies.
  • Safety Officer, Vigilance Officer, and floor in-charges conduct regular checks.
  • Only female staff members are allowed inside girls' bathrooms.

  • Dedicated Vigilance Officer for monitoring.
  • Transport In-charge manages all transport operations.
  • Regular Good Touch / Bad Touch awareness sessions conducted.
  • Teachers sign safety register when accessing computer labs.
  • Buddy system implemented for student safety.
  • Police verification & medical checkups completed for all staff.
  • Medical infirmary with qualified nurse (7:45 am – 2:00 pm).
  • Tie-up with Sarvodaya Hospital for medical emergencies.
  • POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) workshop conducted regularly.

Emergency Preparedness

  • All teachers trained in Disaster Management protocols.
  • Regular Evacuation & Mock Drills conducted throughout the year.
  • Fire drills organized in coordination with local police & fire authorities.
  • School Safety Committee (SSC) meets every fortnight to review safety measures.
  • SSC includes two parent representatives for community participation.
  • Full compliance with statutory safety guidelines and regulations.

Transport Safety

  • CCTV & GPS tracking systems installed in all buses.
  • Speed governors installed to regulate bus speed.
  • Bus engines switched off during boarding and de-boarding.
  • First Aid box available in all buses.
  • Bus attendance taken twice daily for accountability.
  • Nannies & teachers present in buses till the last stop.
  • Escort cards mandatory for student identification.
  • Private vans not allowed inside school premises.
  • Controlled dispersal system to ensure safe student pickup.
